This handkerchief features various "roots" of plants.
Gauze fabric used in large handkerchiefs is used for the outer fabric, and regular handkerchief loan fabric is used for the lining.
It is lighter and fluffier to the touch than ordinary two-ply handkerchiefs. It is also highly absorbent.
The entire edge is blanket-stitched in the same color as the picture pattern, creating a luxurious and tightened look.
What is blanket stitch?
As the name suggests, it is a stitching method often seen on the edges of blankets, and at ROOT, the stitching is done with two threads (two stitches) for a denser, more luxurious finish.
Plants have roots. Roots are not visible from the ground, but if you look closely, they are very beautiful and important parts of plants.
They can spread horizontally or vertically, be thick or curved, and absorb a variety of things from the roots.
Various beautiful plants grow by absorbing various things from their roots.
Humans and other living things do not have roots, but they are born, grow, and live.
I am sure that each of them has roots that we cannot see.
I drew this picture with such imagination.
