03">Designed by costume artist Kodue Hibino, this gorgeous handkerchief features a full-page print of yaezakura cherry blossoms.
The edges are scalloped, creating an elegant look.
With silver thread cherry embroidery.
It is a little larger, 52 cm square, but it is thin and not bulky when folded.
The double-flowered cherry blossoms are layered with petals, rounded like a ball, and bloom in profusion as if about to fall over.
I have tried to capture this scene in three worlds of white, black, and blue.
Cherry blossoms under the dazzling sun, cherry blossoms in the dark of night, and cherry blossoms in deep indigo.
Please enjoy each cherry blossom in its own way.
